Past Event – Trick-or-Treat at the Museum

October 26, 1:00 – 3:00 pm

Please join us in the Historic Village at the Fort Heritage Precinct for an afternoon of FREE trick-or-treating fun! Our staff will be there to greet you on the steps of the historic buildings of the precinct, right behind the Warden’s House (10006 100 Ave). Wear your spookiest or silliest costume and come knock on the doors of homesteads and historic schoolhouses at this spooktacular event!

This event is open to all ages but is designed for children 2-12. All children must be supervised by an adult.

Call the museum at 780-998-1783 for more information.

"The tour of the Precinct was really interesting and very engaging for the children. There were so many hands on activities for them to participate in that they were always engaged. I love that they are allowed to touch and explore many of the items around the precinct. That makes such a difference to keep them engaged, on task and motivated. The learning connections between what we talked about in school and what we saw were evident in the conversations between the kids and the interpreters."
