It’s been 100 years since the notorious pair, Florence Lassandro and Emilio Picariello, were hanged at Fort Saskatchewan’s Provincial Jail. Tried and convicted for the 1922 death of A.P.P. Constable Lawson, their case remains one of the most famous in Alberta.
Join us for an unforgettable evening of food, drink, and live music of the era, as we explore the rum-running history of the Crowsnest Pass and the lives of these infamous figures.
Due to the nature of the evening’s topic and the serving of alcoholic beverages, this event is for 18+ attendees only. Tickets include one event-themed alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage, appetizers, dessert, and non-alcoholic extra beverages (water, soda, etc.).
